Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Thank you for your support! Our victories of 2007 make it a very exciting time here in Athens, and show the power of The Grassroots.

In the coming months, I will begin my work to bring a more responsive council, balanced development that manages growth to preserve the unique and beautiful character of our community, and environmental responsibility for a cleaner future.

I am asking for your input, support and patience--but don't be afraid to hold my feet to the fire. I truly believe that together, we can build a greater and more beautiful Athens.
